Some items in our store are available as a subscription or discounted sample. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these purchases.

Subscriptions When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration.

Discounted Samples We offer discounted samples so you can try our products before committing to a full purchase. Sample orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrives damaged or defective
